Admission (University placement)

The admission process involves the review of documents and application to the university of choice. To apply the students should have the following documents;
-International Passport
-A level Certificate or Equivalent for Bachelor's Applicant
-Academic Transcript for Master's Applicants
-Proficiency in English Language (minimum B2 level)
-Optional For specific programs; English Language certificate minimum B2
-200$ Registration Fee
-Additional 100$ representative fee
For minor applicants (younger than 18years)
1. Applicant's birth certificate
2. One of their parent's passport The registration fee covers the translation, notarization and submission of applicants documents. Documents will be submitted to the National Center For Educational Quality Enhancement (EQE). The center verifies and gives the decision on the students documents for approval to study in Georgia. Applicant who gets approved will be granted a study permit.

Visa Documentation Service

The Visa type required for study purposes in Georgia is the D3 visa.
The Visa options depend on the nationality of the applicant.
Whereas some nationalities must visit an Embassy of Georgia,
some applicants qualify for Electronic Visa (E-Visa).
The following are the documents needed for visa application; -Police character report -Yellow fever certificate -Health/ medical report -University enrollment letter and visa support document -Bank statement with sufficient balance -Sponsorship letter

Airport pickup & Housing reservation

Airport pickup and hostel booking support. We assist students with finding accommodation on arrival.

TRC Documentation Service

TRC- Temporary Residence Card, this is the legal permit all long-term residents of Georgia must have. On arrival in Georgia with the relevant visa, the foreigner must apply for the residence permit before 45 days are left on their visa. We assist international students with the application

The registration fee payment covers all the costs for the students’ documents to be translated, notarized and submitted to National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement

yes, we have a package that covers enrolled students with finding apartments. We can also assist in pairing up our students to share an apartment if they will need a  housemate. Kindly indicate you require the post arrival service and specify interest in us finding you a roommate when selecting your service package. 

Universities in Georgia do not offer scholarships to international student, however, students who have already started their programs can compete for grants within their university. Please note; these benefits are mostly available for existing student in the univeresity who have outstanding performance academically and stand out (win) in the grant competition. Most international students who are interested in scholarships always have their sponsors prior to coming to study in Georgia.

Yes, an active student with all legal study permits in Georgia can work provided they prioritize their purpose of being in the country which is to study. 

No, the registration fee (please see the  FAQ section on its purpose) and the tuition fee are not together. As the admission process is in stages, it is recommended to pay at each stage of the process.
